重度磷化铝中毒死亡2例报道并文献复习

Two cases of severe phosphorylated aluminum poisoning were reported and literature reviewed

磷化铝广泛应用于粮食储存等方面,其对人体有剧烈毒性,致死率高。现将我科收治的2例重度磷化铝中毒死亡病例报告如下。1病例资料患者1,女,69岁。因＂口服磷化铝8h＂于2014年7月30日19∶40收住入院。患者入院当日上午11时左右口服磷化铝5片,后出现恶心、呕吐、肢体乏力、意识模糊等症状,19∶00由家人送至本院急诊科,经清水洗胃后收住ICU。入室时患者嗜睡,呼吸急促、口唇紫绀,四肢湿冷,无尿。

Phosphating aluminum is widely used in food storage and other aspects.It has high toxicity and high fatality rate.We are now reporting two cases of the death of aluminum phosphite poisoning in our department and review the relevant literature,and we hope that the treatment of such cases will be of some reference value.
