摘要
脐疝是由环境或遗传因素所引起的因疝环异常扩大导致腹腔内容物脱至皮下形成的囊状物的一种疾病,且其发生可能与腹壁细胞增殖和凋亡紊乱、上皮细胞-间叶细胞互作和表型转化异常以及胶原代谢紊乱相关。该病发病率为0.13%~5%。本文主要从与脐疝相关基因的最新研究出发,从分子遗传学角度阐述了脐疝发病的遗传机制,从而为阐明猪脐疝的发病机制提供更全面而科学的理论依据。
Umbilical hernia(UH) is caused by environmental or genetic factors with abnormal hernia ring expansion leading to the formation of a abdominal contents to subcutaneous bladder, and UH may be related to cell proliferation and apoptosis of abdominal disorders, epithelial-mesenchymal cell interaction, phenotypic abnormalities and disorders of collagen metabolism. The incidence rate of UH is 0.13% to 5%. In this study, we mainly summarized genetic research of the genes, and the genetic mechanisms from molecular genetics perspective. Findings of this study may provide a more comprehensive and scientific theory to elucidate the pathogenesis of swine UH.
