摘要 建立鸡肉组织中尼卡巴嗪标识残留物测定的高效液相色谱法。采用C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶水=58∶42(V/V),流速为1.0 m L/min,紫外检测波长为340 nm,进样量20μL,柱温为30℃,对鸡肉样品进行0.1 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、0.4 mg/kg添加回收实验。结果尼卡巴嗪标识残留物(4,4'-二硝基均二苯脲)回收率均在90%以上,4,4'-二硝基均二苯脲(DNC)工作液在0.02~1.00 mg/L范围内,峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(R^2=0.9999)。此法简便、快捷、灵敏度高、重现性好。 HPLC method for the determination of Nicarbazin residues in chicken tissues was developed in this study. DNC was determined on an C_(18)column(column temperature at 30 ℃) with ultraviolet absorption detection at 340 nm, using a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and water(58/42,V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min and injection volume 10 μL. DNC concentration had a good linear coefficient relation(R^2=0.999 9) in range of 0.02~1.0 mg/L. When DNC was added to tissues at 0.1,0.2 and 0.4 mg/kg,the average recoveries in tissues was all over 90%. The method showed its simplicity and high accuracy for the determination of nicarbazin residues in chicken tissues.
