兔源大肠杆菌耐药性检测与分析 被引量:5

Mechanism of resistance and detection of resistance genes to β-lactamase among rabbit Escherichia coli strains from Shandong Povince

摘要 采用K-B法对89株兔源大肠杆菌进行了8种β-内酰胺类药物的药敏实验,采用普通PCR法检测全部菌株的ESBLs酶基因和多重PCR法检测AmpC酶基因。结果显示,山东省部分规模化兔场分离的大肠杆菌除对头孢噻肟(CTX)和头孢哌酮(CFP)的耐药率为0之外,对头孢呋辛(CXM)、青霉素G(PEN)、氨苄西林(AMP)、头孢曲松(CRO)、哌拉西林(PIP)的耐药率分别为30.33%、70.79%、65.17%、17.98%和12.36%;耐药基因检测结果显示,89株大肠杆菌中有38株未检出β-内酰胺类药物的耐药基因,占所检菌株的42.70%;44株仅携带一种耐药基因(23株携带产ESBLs酶基因,占25.84%;21株携带产AmpC酶基因,占23.60%);4株携带产ESBLs酶2种基因;2株同时携带产ESBLs酶和AmpC酶3种耐药基因,仅1株同时携带产ESBLs酶和AmpC酶4种耐药基因。结果提示兔源大肠杆菌对β-内酰胺类耐药未产生较为广泛的耐药性。 In order to study the prevalent of β-lactamase(ESBLs and AmpC) among rabbits Escherichia coli strains from Shandong Povince, a total of 89 strains were tested by K-B(Kirby-Bauer) method to analyze the β-lactam susceptibility by PCR to examine ESBLs and AmpC genes. The results indicated that the resistant incidence rates were exhibited to CXM(30.33%), PEN(70.79%), AMP(65.17%), CRO(17.98%), PIP(12.36%), in addition to CTX resistance(0) and CFP resistance(0). Among 89 strains, 38 strains(42.70%) present high resistance to β-lactamase, 23 strains(25.84%) present high resistance to ESBLs and 21strains(23.60%) present high resistance to AmpC, respectively. Four strains were detected with at least two genes, two strains with three genes and only one strain with four genes at the same time. The results revealed that β-lactamase resistance were not prevalent in rabbits Escherichia coli strains.
