摘要
了解赛马肠道细菌以及与赛马细菌性疾病的关系。本试验对赛马肠道菌(A菌)进行细菌的分离培养、生化鉴定及16S rRNA基因序列分析。结果显示,A菌的菌落和细菌形态、生化特性与阴沟肠杆菌相符,同源性高于97%,即在赛马肠道菌群中存在阴沟肠杆菌。对该菌株进行药敏试验,显示其对目前常用抗生素仍保持较高的敏感性。通过对赛马肠道菌的研究,为可能出现的病症及细菌性疾病的预防和治疗提供指导和借鉴。
To understand the situation of racehorse bacteria in the gut and the relationship with bacterial disease of racehorse. In this experiment, the isolation and culture of bacteria, biochemical identification and 16 S rRNA gene sequence analysis were carried out. After sequencing, the nucleotide sequences were compared with those previously reported in Gen Bank database. The results showed the colony morphology, microbial forms and biochemical characteristics of A bacteria were consistent with Enterobacter cloacae. BLAST analysis and phylogenetic analysis indicated that the 16 S rRNA gene of A was most similar to that of Enterobacter cloacae(similarity97%). There is conditional pathogenic bacterias, Enterobacter cloacae, in the racehorse. The drug sensitivity test showed that it still has a high sensitivity to the commonly used antibiotics. Studying on the intestinal bacteria of the racehorse may provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of diseases and bacterial diseases.
