卵巢上皮性肿瘤中CAIX、VEGF的表达及临床意义

Expressions and clinical significance of carbonic anhydrase IX and VEGF in ovarian epithelial tumor

目的探讨在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中碳酸酐酶IX(CAIX)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达情况,探讨二者在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤发生、发展中的作用及相关性。方法采用SP免疫组化法检测45例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤,50例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤及61例卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中CAIX和VEGF的表达情况。结果 CAIX及VEGF在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率分别为59.00%和70.50%,明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤及卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为18.14、5.83、21.97、7.95,均P<0.05)。CAIX及VEGF在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关(χ2值分别为13.16、12.19、8.50、20.61、26.39、11.24,均P<0.01),而与肿瘤的类型及肿瘤患者患病年龄状况无关(χ2值分别为0.20、0.79、0.01、0.01,均P>0.05)。结论 CAIX及VEGF在卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的表达情况,与肿瘤的分期及预后密切相关,检测CAIX与VEGF可能为临床判断卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤转移及分期提供依据,成为判断卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤预后的一个重要指标。

Objective To study the expressions of carbonic anhydrase IX（ CAIX） and vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） in ovarian epithelial tumor and their relationship with tumorigenesis and progression of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods SP immunohistochemistry method was used to examine the expressions of CAIX and VEGF in 45 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumor,50 cases of borderline ovarian epithelial tumor and 61 cases of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor. Results The expressions of CAIX and VEGF in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor was 59. 00% and 70. 50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian epithelial tumor and borderline ovarian epithelial tumor with statistical significance（ χ2value was 18. 14,5. 83,21. 97 and 7. 95,respectively,all P〈 0. 05）. The expressions of CAIX and VEGF in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor were closely related with degree of tumor differentiation,invasion and metastasis（ χ2value was 13. 16,12. 19,8. 50,20. 61,26. 39 and 11. 24,respectively,all P〈 0. 01）,but they were not correlated with type of tumor and patient＇s age（ χ2value was 0. 20,0. 79,0. 01 and 0. 01,respectively,all P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The expressions of CAIX and VEGF in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor are closely related with staging of tumor and prognosis. Detecting CAIX and VEGF may provide some evidence for judging the metastasis and staging of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor and thus becomes an important index for predicting prognosis of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor.
