摘要
针对工商业燃气用户地域分散、燃气用量大、抄表困难以及通过GPRS构成单体式物联网燃气表功耗高等问题,提出一种使用低功耗单片机STM8L052、扩频通信模块SX1278和GPRS通信模块MC55组成的分体式物联网膜式燃气表设计方案。现场燃气计量部分采用低功耗设计,使用电池供电,放置在安全区域的GPRS通信传输部分采用市电供电,两者之间通过扩频通信传输,具有远程实时抄表、开关阀控制等功能。测试和实际应用表明,有效解决了单体式物联网燃气表的防爆和可靠供电问题。
Aiming at the problem that the industrial and commercial gas users are scattered, the gas consumption is large, the meter reading is difficult and the power consumption of the single-material gas meter is high. A low-power single-chip STM8L052, spread spectrum communication module SX1278 and GPRS communication Module MC55 composed of split-type material network gas meter design. Gas measurement part uses low power design, use battery powered, placed in the safe area of GPRS communication transmission part use electricity supply, Between the two through the spread spectrum communication transmission, with remote real meter reading, valve control and other functions. Test and practical application shows that the effective solution to the monomeric material network gas meter explosion and reliable power supply problems.
