摘要
利用氦氖激光器、2块衰减片、USB型CCD图像传感器,多次测量出入射角α和2束反射平行光间距离L,通过几何光学知识推导计算出透明平行玻璃板折射率及厚度.
Using He-Ne laser, two polarizers (to weaken the light), a charge coupled device (CCD) image sensor with USB interface, the angle of incidence a and the distance L between the two reflected beam were measured repeatedly. The refractive index and thickness of parallel glass plate were obtained by geometrical optics.
