摘要
汽车连接器是连接汽车各用电单元的重要零部件,而汽车连接器挂鼻结构是汽车连接器实现良好连接的重要组成结构。本文基于有限元法,运用Abaqus分析软件,对一种汽车连接器挂鼻结构进行设计分析。通过仿真分析,确定挂鼻按压过程中最大应力区域,分析其使用可靠性。通过改进设计,实现该设计结构的可靠运用。
The connector is an important part to connect the electrical units of the automobile, while the hanging structure of connector plays a key role in achieving good connection. In this paper, a hanging structure is designed and analyzed with Abaqus based on FEA. Through the simulation, the maximum stress area to pressing the hanging structure is determined, and its reliability is analyzed. By improving the design, a reliable structure is achieved.
