摘要
为了研究氯丁乳液和苯丙乳液的掺加对砂浆性能的影响,通过测定氯丁乳液和苯丙乳液的不同掺量下水泥砂浆的7天和28天抗压、抗折强度以及其综合力学性能指标值,研究了聚合物掺量对砂浆力学性能的影响,并结合冻融循环试验进行了抗冻性分析。结果表明:氯丁乳液的掺入不能改善砂浆的力学性能;苯丙乳液的掺入使得砂浆抗折强度提高,抗压强度降低,综合力学性能指标增加,对砂浆的改性效果明显优于氯丁乳液;苯丙乳液的掺入通过在砂浆内部形成高强网状薄膜结构,从而显著改善了砂浆的抗冻性。
In order to study the effect of chloroprene emulsion and styrene-acrylic emulsion content on the performance of the cement mortar, the compressive strength, flexural strength and mechanical properties of cement mortar at 7 d and 28 d were determined by measuring the content of chloroprene emulsion and styrene- acrylic emulsion. The effect of polymer content on the mechanical properties of mortar was studied, and the freeze resistance was analyzed by freeze-thaw cycle test. The results show that the incorporation of chloroprene emulsion cannot improve the mechanical properties of mortar. The blending of styrene-acrylic emulsion leads to the increase of the flexural strength, decrease of compressive strength and increase of comprehensive mechanical properties of the mortar and the modification effect of the mortar was better than that of the chloroprene emulsion. The incorporation of styrene-acrylic emulsion significantly improves the frost resistance of mortar through the formation of high-strength mesh membrane structure inside the mortar.
