摘要
以阿尔及利亚东西高速公路PK24+000~PK48+213.612段级配碎石垫层的施工为依托,探讨了碎石级配设计、拌和及摊铺碾压作业的施工工艺。结果表明:碎石混合料合理的级配比例、最优含水率、科学的碾压机械组合方式及碾压遍数是保证该项目能够铺筑出高质量公路的关键技术。
Based on the construction of graded gravel cushion at PK24 + 000 - PK48 + 213. 612 section of east-west highway in Algeria, the paper discusses the gravel gradation design and mixing technology and paving and rolling operation. The results show that: reasonable gradation gravel mixture ratio, optimum water content, scientific rolling machine combinations and roiling times are the key technologies to make sure the paving of high quality road.
