护理工作环境对临床护士工作沉浸的影响研究

Effect of nursing work environment on immersion of clinical nurses

目的探讨护理工作环境对临床护士工作沉浸的影响,为护理管理者从工作环境层面更好地调动护士的工作积极性,促进护士更好地沉浸到护理工作中提供依据。方法采用护理工作环境量表和护士工作沉浸问卷对600名临床护士进行调查。结果护理工作环境总均分为(3.04±0.35)分,工作沉浸总均分为(4.04±0.53)分。医院等级、夜班频次、高质量护理服务基础、护理管理者的能力及领导方式、护士参与医院事务是临床护士工作沉浸的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重视对良好工作环境的创造,提高临床护士工作沉浸水平,提高护理质量。

 Objective To explore the effect of nursing work environment on immersion of clinical nurses,to provide basis for nursing managers promoting the work enthusiasm and job immerse.Methods Totally,600 clinical nurses were surveyed by the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and Nurses Working Immersion Questionnaire.Results The average score of work environment was （3.04 ± 0.35）,the average score of job immersion was （4.04 ± 0.53）.The influencing factors of clinical nurses＇job immersion were hospital level,frequency of night shift,high quality nursing service foundation,ability of nursing managers and leadership,and nurses＇participation in hospital affairs （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to create a positive work environment,to improve the level of work immersion among clinical nurses and the quality of nursing.
