群组管理干预对高尿酸血症患者健康状况影响的研究

The effect of group management intervention on the health status in patients with hyperuricemia

目的探讨群组管理对高尿酸血症患者健康状况的影响。方法选择健康体检人群中确诊为高尿酸血症患者203例,按体检单位分为对照组(101例)和干预组(102例),对照组给予常规健康知识讲座,干预组实施群组管理干预,包括成立慢性病健康管理团队、实施群组管理干预结束后,比较两组高尿酸血症相关知识行为知晓率、相关疾病发生率。结果干预组患者的高尿酸血症相关知识行为知晓率高于对照组(P<0.01)、相关疾病发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论实施群组管理干预,对控制高尿酸血症患者血尿酸水平及减少相关疾病的发生效果显著。

 Objective To discuss the effect of group management on the health status in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods Totally,203 patients with hyperuricemia from healthy physical examination according to the unit were divided into the control group （101 cases） and intervention group （102 cases）.Control group were given routine health knowledge lectures,intervention group were received group management intervention which included establishing chronic disease health management team and health management archives.After the intervention,the hyperuricemia related knowledge awareness rate and the incidence of related disease in the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of hyperuricemia related knowledge behavior of patients in intervention group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）,the incidence of related disease was lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion To implement group management intervention,could reduce the level of patients with hyperuricemia and reduce the related disease.
