44例健康人作亚极量卧位踏车运动试验,分别于运动前后记录心尖四腔心(Ap4C)和心尖二腔心(Ap2C)的二维超声心动图。计算机定量分析左室各节段的面积缩小率(PAR)、半径缩短率(PRS)和周边缩短率(PPR)。结果显示:正常人左室室间隔、侧壁、前璧、下壁、Ap4C心尖和Ap2C心尖的平均PAR平静时分别为59±17%、57±15%、59±11%、62±15%、47±14%和49±12%,运动后分别增加到70±14%、65±14%、66±11%、71±12%、57±14%和58±101(P<0.01)。运动前后左室各节段的PAR在定量分析中都有差异存在。心尖的PAR最小。
In order to study the changes of left ventricular (LV) regional wall motion (RWM) with exercise two-dimensional (2-D) echocardiographic test (EET), 44 cases of normal volunteers were selected to undergo submaximal supine bicycle exercise. 2-D echocardiographs of Apex 4-chamber (Ap4C) and 2-chamber(Ap2C) views were recorded before and immediately after exercise. The percent radial shortening (PRS), percent area reduction (PAR) and percent periphery reduction (PPR) of 24 segments in LV and RWM index (SWMI) were analyzed by computer, the coefficients of variation of PRS, PAR and PPR were compared. Results: PRS, PAR and PPR in every segment and the mean value of PRS, PAR and PPR of all the walls increased significantly after exersise. PRS, PAR and PPR showed considerable variation between different segments and RWM at the apex was the lowest both before and after exercise. LV SWMI showed no difference before and after exercise, hypokinesis appeared in some subjects. The coefficient of variation of PAR was the least among the three methods. It is concluded that LV RWM increases significantly in normal subjects and hypokinesis still exists in some normal cases after exercise. Quantitative analysis of LV RWM with PAR is the most reliable.
