摘要 在集装箱桥吊自动化作业系统设计中,桥吊在自动装卸箱过程中抓放箱的精度问题是必须解决的。针对国内外对该类问题研究解决的方式,分析了自动对箱技术、模糊控制PID和神经网络PID等几种方式,基于桥吊的实际应用分析它们的优点与不足之处,进而提出两种方案,即将无模型自适应控制和机器学习运用到集装箱桥吊控制系统中,结合分析上述两种技术的特性与优点,为后续设计仿真实验研究得到更为有效的解决方案提供理论基础。 In the design of the automatic operation system of the container bridge crane, the precision of the bridge crane catch and put the container in the process of the bridge crane handling of container must be solved. For domestic and foreign research on such issues to solve these problems. This paper first analyzes the automatic technology of aligning container, fuzzy control PID and neural network PID in several ways, then based on the practical application of bridge crane to analyze their advantages and disadvantages, And then put forward two kinds of programs, namely, model-free adaptive control and machine learning applied to the container bridge crane control system, combined with the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of these two technologies, for the follow-up design simulation experiments to get more effective solutions to provide the theory basis.
