瓦松多糖对部分临床感染菌的抑菌活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究瓦松多糖对几种常见的临床感染细菌标准株及其临床分离耐药株的抑菌作用。方法参照NCCLS规范,用微量稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),同时以瓦松水提物作为对照。结果瓦松多糖对所检测的多数菌株有一定抑菌效果,对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株抑制效果最好,对临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌耐甲氧西林株(MRSA)、表皮葡萄球菌标准株、福氏志贺菌标准株、大肠埃希菌临床分离株、肺炎克雷伯菌标准株及其临床分离株的抑菌效果次之,在实验浓度范围内对大肠埃希菌和变形杆菌的标准株无明显抑制效果;瓦松水提物抑菌趋势与多糖基本一致,多糖及水提物均无明显的MBC。结论瓦松多糖及水提物对上述各细菌均有一定抑制作用,且多糖效果好于水提物,作用以抑菌为主,而非直接杀菌。 Objective To study the antibacterial effects of Orostachyisfimbriatae herba polysaccharide against the standard strains and clinical isolated drug-resistant strains of several clinical infectious bacteria. Methods According to NCCLS standard, microdilution method was employed to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). And the water extract of Orostachyis fimbriatae herba was used as contrast. Results Orostachyis fimbriatae herba polysaccharide showed certain antimicrobial activity against moststrains. The polysaccharide exhibited good antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, and showed moderate antimicrobial activity against MRSA, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Shigella flexneri and Klebsiella pneumoniae standard strains and clinical isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae. And the polysaccharide showed no obvious inhibitive effect against Escherichia coli and Proteus vulgaris standard strains. The antimicrobial effect of the water extract is similar to that of the polysaccharide, either the water extract or the polysaccharide showed no MBC. Conclusion Orostachyis fimbriatae herba polysaccharide and water extract can inhibit the growth of most test strains, and the polysaccharide showed a better activity. The action mechanism was inhibition rather than direct sterilization.
