Study on New Scientific R&D Models in the Concept Construction of the Integration of Standardization System and Knowledge Management

本文着重从标准化理论出发,围绕探索实现科学研发的新模式,积极应用标准化理论,结合企业生产管理模式,分析当今企业科研生产中的管理创新问题,指出由标准化体系与知识管理相融合的理念,利用知识集成搭建体系,并在科研生产中探索新的实践途径。

Starting with standardization theory, this paper explores the new models of scientific research and development, actively applies the standardization theory combined with the enterprise production management mode, analyzes the current management innovation problems in scientific research and production of enterprise, points out that the concept of the integration of standardization system and knowledge management, uses the knowledge management integration to build a system and explores a new way of practice in the scientific research and production.
