冬病夏治对儿童肺系疾病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lung Disease by “Winter Disease being Treated in Summer”

目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗对儿童肺系疾病的临床疗效。方法:对190例肺系疾病(反复呼吸道感染60例、咳嗽变异性哮喘80例、支气管哮喘50例),三组患者组内随机分组,对照组采取常规口服西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上每年夏季初伏、二伏、三伏各贴1次,共3次,连贴3年,每次贴4~6h,观察其临床疗效。结果:190例患儿当中,反复呼吸道感染、咳嗽变异性哮喘、哮喘三种疾病治疗组与对照组相比,其治疗有效率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病,可使患儿临床症状及体征明显减轻,疾病发作频率减少,有效的提高肺系疾病的临床疗效,值得广泛应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy on children with pulmonary diseases. Methods： 190 cases of lung disease（ recurrent respiratory tract infection in 60 cases, 80 cases of cough variant asthma, 50 cases of bronchial asthma）, three group patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional oral western medicine. The treatment group was treated based on the control group at he beginning of each summer in the summer, two volts, three coupons posted 1 times, a total of 3 times, even for 3 years,each posted 4 ~ 6h, to observe the clinical efficacy. Results： Among the 190 cases, the treatment efficiency of the patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection, cough variant asthma and asthma was statistically significant（ P〈0.05） compared with the control group. Conclusion： The treatment of lung disease by＂ winter disease being treated in summer＂ can be used to reduce the clinical symptoms and signs of children, reduce the frequency of disease onset, effectively improve the clinical efficacy of lung disease, it is worthy of widespread use.
