温针灸对神经根性颈椎病患者颈椎功能及强度-时间干预作用

Intervention Effect of Needle Warming Moxibustion on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy for Cervical Function, Intensity-time Curve

目的:探讨温针灸对神经根性颈椎病(CSR)患者颈椎功能及强度-时间的干预作用。方法:选取符合标准的122例CSR患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各61例。观察组采用温针灸治疗,对照组予常规针刺治疗,连续治疗4周,比较2组临床疗效、颈椎功能恢复情况及强度-时间曲线指标变化。结果:观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为91.80%、80.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者颈椎功能评分明显高于对照组,改善指数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组最短反应时、时值较治疗前明显缩短,且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸治疗CSR疗效显著,对颈椎功能及神经电生理改善效果明显,具有重要的参考价值,临床可作进一步分析与探讨。

Objective： To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on cervical function and intensity - time in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（ CSR）. Methods： 122 patients with CSR were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and treated for 4weeks. The clinical efficacy, cervical function recovery and intensity-time curve changing were observed. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 91.80% and 80.33% respectively, the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The scores of cervical vertebrae in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）. After treatment, the time of the shortest response was significantly shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Warming acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CSR is significantly, the cervical function and nerve electrophysiological improvement effect is obvious, has important reference value, clinical can be further analyzed and discussed.
