摘要
目的探讨紫外线照射对义齿基托与硬衬之间黏接强度的影响。方法将48片义齿热凝试样随机分为4组,每组12片。1组为对照组,2组进行单纯的紫外线照射,3组为黏接剂组,4组用紫外线照射加黏接剂共同处理。测试各组剪切强度。结果 2组剪切强度显著高于1组,4组剪切强度显著高于1、2、3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1、3组与2、3组剪切强度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论紫外线照射可显著提高义齿基托与硬衬之间的黏接强度,从而延长义齿使用寿命,提高义齿功能,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet irradiation on bonding strength between the denture base and hard relining. Methods Fifty-eight dentures were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 tablets each. Group 1 was the control group. Group 2 was treated with ultraviolet irradiation only. Group 3 was the adhesive primer group. Group 4 was treated with ultraviolet irradiation and adhesive primer. Then test the shear strength of each group. Results The shear strength of the Group 2 was significantly higher than Group 1. The shear strength of the Group 4 was significantly higher than the other three groups(P〈0.05). Group 3 has no significant difference with either Group 1 or Group 2 (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Ultraviolet irradiation can significantly improve the bonding strength between the denture base and hard reline material, which can extend the service life of the denture, improve denture function and reduce the economic burden of patients.
