摘要
选1日龄健康黄羽肉鸡675只,14日龄时粪检无球虫感染后,随机分为9组,每组5个重复,每个重复15只,21日龄时所有肉仔鸡均接种球虫卵囊,42日龄结束试验。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加250、350mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚,100、200、300mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素,350mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚+150mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素,250mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚+150mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素,并设抗生素对照组,探讨对感染球虫肉仔鸡生长性能、肠道微生物和抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明:添加350mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚、300mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素和250mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚+150mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素能显著提高试验鸡生长性能,增加盲肠乳酸杆菌数量,降低大肠埃希菌数量(P<0.05);与抗生素对照组相比,各项指标差异均不显著。添加250mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚+150mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素还可显著提高试验鸡血清和十二指肠总抗氧化能力、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,显著降低丙二醛含量。因此,在试验条件下,饲粮中添加一定量的茶多酚和茶皂素可提高感染鸡球虫肉仔鸡的生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善盲肠微生物组成;相比较而言,饲粮中混合添加250mg·kg^(-1)茶多酚+150mg·kg^(-1)茶皂素的效果较佳。
This study was to investigate the effects of tea polyphenols and saponin on growth performance,intestinal microflora and antioxidant function of broilers with coccidian challenge.675 one-day-old yellow feather broilers,which confirmation no coccidian in stool at 14-day-old,were randomly assigned to 9 treatments with 5 replicates per group and 15 chickens per replicate,and at 21-day-old,all chickens were treated with coccidian challenge.The test ended on 42-dayold.The test control group was fed the basal diet,the treatments supplementation of 250,350mg·kg^-1 tea polyphenols(TP),100,200,300 mg·kg^-1 tea saponin(TS),350 mg·kg^-1 TP+150 mg·kg^-1 TS,250 mg·kg^-1 TP+150mg·kg^-1 TS on the basis of the basal diet,and the antibiotic control group.The results showed that compared with the control group,supplementation of 350mg·kg^-1 TP,300mg·kg^-1 TS and 250mg·kg^-1 TP+150mg·kg^-1 TS significantly improved performance of broilers,decreased the number of E.coli and increased the number of Lactobacillus in cecum of broilers(P 0.05); And there were no significant difference with the group supplementation of 200mg·kg^-1 Narasin.Supplementation of 250mg·kg^-1 TP+150mg·kg^-1 TS also significantly increased serum and duodenum T-AOC,SOD,CAT and decreased MDA of broilers(P〈0.05).Overall,under the conditions of this trial,a certain concentration level tea polyphenols and saponin increased the growth performance and antioxidant properties,improved the cecum microbial structure of broilers with coccidian challenge.In comparison,250 mg·kg^-1 TP+150mg·kg^-1 TS was better.
