分娩母牛、犊牛和脐静脉血中抵抗素、胰岛素含量及其与犊牛初生重的相关性

Correlation resistin and insulin in cow,calf and cord venous blood with calf birth weight

摘要 选取规模化养殖场正常分娩母牛54头,按犊牛初生重分为A(≤40kg,9头)、B(40~45kg,25头)和C(≥45kg,20头)3个组,分别采集分娩母牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血及脐静脉血,ELISA检测血清中抵抗素和胰岛素含量,分析2个指标之间及其与犊牛初生重的相关性。结果表明:分娩母牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血及脐静脉血中均有抵抗素和胰岛素的表达。随母牛静脉血抵抗素含量的升高,犊牛静脉血及脐静脉血中抵抗素和胰岛素含量逐渐升高,犊牛初生重增加;母牛静脉血抵抗素、胰岛素含量均极显著高于犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血,母牛静脉血抵抗素含量与犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血抵抗素含量呈极显著正相关,而母牛静脉血胰岛素含量与犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血胰岛素含量相关性均不显著;犊牛静脉血抵抗素含量也极显著高于脐静脉血,且相关性显著,而犊牛静脉血胰岛素含量与脐静脉血差异不显著,但呈极显著正相关;母牛静脉血抵抗素含量及犊牛静脉血、脐静脉血中抵抗素和胰岛素含量与犊牛初生重均呈极显著正相关;母牛静脉血胰岛素含量及脐静脉血、犊牛静脉血中抵抗素和胰岛素含量在公、母犊牛间差异均不显著。母牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血中均含有抵抗素和胰岛素,母牛静脉血、犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血抵抗素及犊牛静脉血和脐静脉血胰岛素对犊牛初生重影响显著,均可反映犊牛宫内生长发育状况。 We chose 54 healthy Chinese Holstein cows that experienced normal natural birth,and divided them into group A(≤40kg,n=9),group B(40-45 kg,n=25)and group C(≥45kg,n=20)according to the calf birth weight.And collect their venous serum was collected respectively.ELISA was used to evaluate of the levels of resisitin and insulin.The correlations between levels of resisitin and insulin with calf birth weight were then analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of CBW,resistin in cow venous,resistin and insulin in calf and cord venous blood increased.Resistin and insulin in venous blood were significant higher than those in cord and calf venous blood(P〈0.01).Resistin in cow venous blood had highly significant positive correlation with that in cord and calf venous blood(P〈0.01),while there were no significant correlation with their insulin;Resistin in calf venous blood was significantly higher than that in cord venous blood(P〈0.01),and they had significantly correlation with each other(P〈0.05).About insulin,there was no significant difference between that in calf and cord venous blood while they had extremely significant correlation with each other(P〈0.01);Resistin in cow,calf and cord venous blood,insulin in calf and cord venous blood had significantly positive correlation with CBW(P〈0.01);In sexes of calves,there were no significant difference among insulin in cow,calf and cord venous blood,resistin in calf and cord venous blood.Resistin and insulin can express in cow,calf and cord venous blood.Resistin in cow,calf and cord venous blood and insulin in calf and cord venous blood have significant influence on CBW.They can reflect intrauterine growth of calf.
