喹硫平联合艾司西酞普兰治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症的临床效果分析

Effect of Combination Therapy with and Ai Sciplan in the Treatment of Depression with Psychotic Symptoms

目的分析针对有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者实施喹硫平联合艾司西酞普兰方式治疗的效果。方法选取该院有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者96例(2013年1月—2014年10月期间),将其计算机随机分对照组(单一艾司西酞普兰治疗)、观察组(喹硫平联合艾司西酞普兰),各48例。对比2组有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者的HAMD平均分及不良好反应发生概率。结果观察组治疗后HAMD平均分(9.59±6.54)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义P<0.05;2组不良反应发生概率均较低,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者采取喹硫平联合艾司西酞普兰的方案效果可观。

Objective Observation of the effect of the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms in combination with Ai Sciplan. Methods our hospital has 96 patients with psychotic symptoms of depression（2013.11—2014.10months）, the computer random points in the control group（single escitalopram citalopram treatment）, the observation group（quetiapine flat joint escitalopram citalopram）, 48 cases each. Results The observation group HAMD（9.59±6.54）was lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant P〈0.05; 2 groups of adverse reactions were lower, the difference is not statistically significant,P〉0.05. Conclusion Treatment of depression patients with psychotic symptoms to take the effect of a combination of the effect of the combination of Ai Sciplan.
