个性化护理管理在白内障手术患者中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing Management in Cataract Surgery Patients

目的探讨分析个性化护理管理在白内障手术患者护理中的具体应用及效果。方法选择2013年5月—2015年5月于该院进行白内障手术患者共128例,按进入医院诊疗的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在进行常规护理的基础上采用个性化护理管理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、术后生活质量以及术后焦虑及抑郁情况。结果两组患者中,观察组患者和对照组患者对护理工作的满意度分别为90.62%,69.69%,观察组明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后生活质量(躯体、认知、情绪、角色、社会功能)均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在入院时的焦虑及抑郁情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),区别护理后观察组患者的焦虑及抑郁情况明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者进行个性化护理,不仅能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度,改善护患关系,还能提升患者的术后生活质量,改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the application and effect of individualized nursing management in the nursing of patients with cataract surgery. Methods 128 cases of cataract surgery patients in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, 64 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were used routine nursing, and the observation group was based on the routine nursing care. The nursing satisfaction, postoperative quality of life, anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients, patients in the observation group and the control group of patients satisfaction with nursing work were 90.62%, 69.69%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the observation group of patients with postoperative quality of life（physical, cognitive, emotional, and role social function） were better than the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; too much difference between the two groups of patients without anxiety and depression at the time of admission, no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, the difference between anxiety and depression after nursing observation group was significantly better than that in control group, group clear difference between statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Personalized nursing in patients with cataract can not only improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing work, improve the nurse patient relationship, can improve the patient＇s postoperative quality of life, improve anxiety and depression in patients, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
