白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Total Glucosides of Paeony Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取该院在2013年4月—2014年8月期间收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者作为此次的临床研究对象,并将其进行单双号随机分为对照组与观察组2组,其中单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组各有患者40例。给予对照组患者口服复方甘草酸苷进行治疗,观察组患者则在对照组的用药基础上增加口服白芍总苷进行联合用药治疗,并观察两组患者的治疗总有效率以及不良反应率。结果两组寻常型银屑病患者治疗后各项指标对比表示:两组患者的不良反应率无明显的差距,但观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.50%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.50%,对比可见,观察组的治疗效果较对照组显著。结论针对寻常型银屑病患者,使用白芍总苷联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗的效果较为明显,可有效的减轻患者的瘙痒症状以及皮损面积,使患者的皮肤逐渐恢复正常。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total glucosides of paeony combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods In our hospital for April 2013- 2014 August admitted during the period of 80 patients with vulgaris psoriasis patients as the clinical study objects, and the odd and even numbers were randomly divided into control group and observation group 2, including Dan Hao as the control group, even numbers is the observation group, each group has 40 patients. Given to the control group were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin for single drug treatment were observed groups of patients are in the control group on the basis of the drug increased total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Alba in oral combination therapy,And observe the treatment of patients with two groups of total effective rate and the rate of adverse reactions. Results Two groups of patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated each index contrast said： the adverse reaction rate of two groups of patients with no obvious difference, but the treatment of patients with observation group total effective rate was 97.50%, the treatment of patients with control group the total effective rate was 77.50%, the contrast can be seen, the curative effect of observation group than the control group significantly. Conclusion For patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the use of total glucosides of paeony combined with compound glycyrrhizic acid glucoside tablets treatment effect is obvious, can effectively relieve patients with symptoms of pruritus and skin lesions area, the patient＇s skin gradually returned to normal.
