摘要
慢性阻塞性肺病一直以来就是影响全世界健康的一个严重呼吸疾病。个体的遗传因素被证明是慢性阻塞性肺病发生和发展的重要因素。这篇文章回顾了近些年关于慢性阻塞性肺病蛋白酶/抗蛋白酶失衡机制中的a1-抗胰蛋白酶和基质金属蛋白酶的基因多态性,以得出这两种蛋白酶基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺病患病风险、严重程度和并发肺癌的相关性,同时提出了这两种蛋白酶的基因多态性与蛋白酶血清水平的相关性,为诊断、治疗和预防慢性阻塞性肺病提出了一个新的途径。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has always been a serious respiratory disease. Individual genetic factors also are proved to be an important factor in occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.This article reviewed a1-antitrypsin gene polymorphism and matrix metalloproteinases gene polymorphism of protease/resistant protease imbalance mechanism on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in recent years. To draw that the two proteases gene polymorphism is associated with increased risk, severity and lung cancer of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. At the same time the artcle comes up with the correlation between the two proteases gene polymorphism and protease level in serum, and puts forward a new way for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
