吉林省新常态下生态服务价值与经济的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Ecological Service Value and Economy in Jilin Province under the New Normal

在新常态经济的大环境下,国内生产总值不能再表征中国经济发展的形态,衡量中国经济增长亟需新的创新指标。基于对新常态经济时期的考量,探索生态服务价值与经济的关系,并以吉林省为例,测算2010-2015年间的生态服务价值并进行修正,进而分析生态服务价值与新常态新型经济指标的相关关系。结果表明,2010-2015年吉林省生态服务价值逐年小幅降低,而人均生态服务价值的变化幅度较大,经济指标与生态服务价值相关性依次为地区生产总值>银行贷款>居民收入>全社会用电量>登记失业率>货运量,就业指数和污染总量与生态服务价值无显著相关。

In the new normal environment, GDP cannot represent the form of economic development, economic growth in China need new indicators of innovation. This paper, based on the consideration of the Chinaˊs new normal period, explores the relationship between the value of ecological services and the economy. Taking Jilin Province as an example, calculated the ecological services value during 2010 and 2015 and amended. Then study the relationship of the value of ecological service and the new normal Indicators. The study showed that a slightly decreased of ecological service value in Jilin Province from 2010 to 2015, but the value of ecological service per capita changed greatly. The correlation between economic indicators and ecological service value was from the largest to the smallest. The results were as follows. GDP〉 Bank Loans〉 Whole society electricity consumption〉 Registered unemployment rate〉 Freight volume, employment index and total pollution have no significant correlation with ecological service value.
