摘要
通过从技术水平、研发能力、海洋创新环境和科技创新绩效这四个维度出发,结合海洋经济发展自身特点,力求找出影响海洋经济结构转型的系列海洋科技创新因子,并运用主成分分析法筛选出主要影响因子进行研究。研究结果表明,技术投入及内部效率提高、生产要素配置、科技服务与金融体系和海洋科技创新环境是影响海洋经济结构转型的重要影响因子,证实了科技创新在海洋经济结构转型过程中不可忽视的影响作用。
Based on the four dimensions of technological level, R & D capability, marine innovation environment and scientific and technological innovation performance, combined with the characteristics of marine economic development? we try to find out a series of marine scientific and technological innovation factors which affect the transformation of marine economic structure? and use principal component analysis Screening out the main influencing factors to study. The results show that the technological input and the improvement of internal efficiency? the arrangement of production factors? the service of science and tech-nology and the financial system and the environment of marine science and technology are the important in-fluencing factors that affect the transformation of marine economic structure. It is confirmed that scientific and technological innovation can not be neglected in the process of marine economic transformation Affect the effect.
