美国《教师培养条例》述评
摘要
美国联邦教育部2016年10月发布了《教师培养条例》,提高了教师培养项目的透明度和有效性,其指南的发布也为各州教师培养项目的实施提供了更多支持。《教师培养条例》产生积极效应的同时也面临一定的挑战。文章通过对《教师培养条例》及其指南的介绍,分析了其中的重要进展,指出了其发布后所带来的积极效应与面临的挑战。
