摘要
【目的】研究葡萄砧木品种5BB、SO4、101-14MG对赤霞珠9叶片光合作用的影响,为砧木利用和改善赤霞珠9葡萄光合作用提供科学依据。【方法】以5BB/赤霞珠9、SO4/赤霞珠9和101-14MG/赤霞珠9为试材,采用SPAD502测定相对叶绿素含量,采用CID CI-202测定叶面积,采用TPS-2光合仪测定光合参数,分析"厂"形树形条件下,3个砧木品种对接穗品种赤霞珠9叶片质量和光合作用的影响。【结果】赤霞珠9/5BB较赤霞珠9自根苗显著增加了单叶重量,单叶面积也有所增加,比叶重较赤霞珠9自根苗、赤霞珠9/101-14MG和赤霞珠9/SO4分别增加了21.4%、36.8%和35.0%;赤霞珠9/101MG叶片SPAD值显著低于其他;赤霞珠9/101-14MG叶片暗呼吸速率显著低于赤霞珠9;赤霞珠9/5BB和赤霞珠9/SO4具有较大的光较差范围,分别为2 196和2 157μmol/(m2·s);赤霞珠9/5BB的最大净光合速率14.7μmol/(m^2·s),较其他处理最高;赤霞珠9/SO4和赤霞珠9/101-14MG的光能利用率总体高于赤霞珠9/5BB;赤霞珠9叶片光能利用指数显著低于3个砧穗组合。【结论】砧木5BB明显提高了接穗品种赤霞珠9叶片单叶重量和比叶重,叶片质量得到提高;SO4略降低了叶面积,101-14MG降低了叶绿素含量,形成对应关系的是,砧木5BB提高了赤霞珠9叶片净光合速率,耐强光和耐弱光性能提高,光合潜力得到提升,SO4对接穗赤霞珠9叶片的光合作用无明显影响,101-14MG使接穗赤霞珠9叶片光合作用的部分正相关参数有所降低,但从光能利用率的角度看,是有利于接穗赤霞珠9的光合作用的。
【 Objective】 The study amisto analyze the effects of 5BB, S04 and 101 -14MG on the photo-synthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon leaves, and provide the scientific basis for the utilization and improvement of the photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon 9.【 Method] Taking Cabernet Sauvignon 9/5BB, Cabernet Sau-vignon 9/101 -14MG, Cabernet Sauvignon 9/S04 and Cabernet Sauvignon 9 as test materials to determine of relative chlorophyll content by SPAD502, the leaf area by CID Cl -202, and measure the photosynthetic pa-rameters by TPS -2 photosynthesis apparatus. The effects of 3 rootstocks on leaf quality and photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon 9 were analyzed. [Result] Cabernet Sauvignon 9/5BB increased leaf weight significantly compared with Cabernet Sauvignon 9 own - rooted tree, the leaf area also increased, the specific leaf weight in-creased by 21.4% , 36. 8% and 35% , respectively; The SPAD value of Cabernet Sauvignon 9/101 MG leaves was significantly lower than that of others; The dark respiration rate of Cabernet Sauvignon 9/101 - 14MG was significantly lower than that of Cabernet Sauvignon 9; Cabernet Sauvignon 9/5 BB and Cabernet Sauvignon 9/ S04 had a larger light range, 2,196 [xmol/(m2 ? s) and 2,157 [xmol/(m2 ? s) , respectively; The maximum net photosynthetic rate of Cabernet Sauvignon 9/5BB was 14. 7 (xmol/(m2 ? s) , which was higher than that of other treatments; The utilization ratio of light energy of Cabernet Sauvignon 9 /S 0 4 and Cabernet Sauvignon 9/ 101 -14MG was higher than that of Cabernet Sauvignon 9/5BB; The light utilization index of Cabernet Sau- vignon 9 was significantly lower than that of 3 rootstocks.【 Conclusion】 Rootstock 5 BB significantly improvedthe leaf quality of scion variety Cabernet Sauvignon 9; S04 slightly reduced the leaf area, 101 - 14MG re-duced chlorophyll content. In line with this, the stock 5BB enhanced the net photosynthetic rate of the 9th leaf of Cabernet Sauvignon. The ability to resist strong light and weak light was improved, photosynthetic potential was enhanced, S04 had no significant effect on photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon 9th leaves, 101 - 14MG reduced photosynthesis of scion Cabernet Sauvignon 9th leaves, but from the perspective of light energy utiliza-tion, it is beneficial to the photosynthesis of Cabernet Sauvignon 9th leaves.
