摘要 针对半导体激光测距机无法同时满足小型化、远距离的要求,在半导体激光测距体制中,提出了视频积累和相关检测相结合的数字信号处理方法,在延时的方法下对不同伪随机序列的测距实验与m序列伪随机码进行对比。仿真结果表明,在相同的10W峰值功率条件下,m序列既能保证测距精度,同时还具有更好的信噪比,这有助于提高半导体激光测距机的测距性能。 As LD rangefinder cannot meet the requirements of miniaturization and far ranging at the same time,digital signal processing method based on coherent integration and correlated detection is presented. Ranging performances of different pseudorandom codes and m sequence was compared by using delay method. The simulation results show that the ranging with m sequence has better ranging accuracy and SNR under the condition of 10 W peak power. The re-search result can help to improve the ranging performance of LD rangefinder.
