联合应用骨瓜提取物注射液对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者骨密度的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨联合应用骨瓜提取物注射液对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者骨密度的影响。方法将160例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分成两组:对照组(80例)用锝[99Tc]亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液并补充钙剂等治疗,观察组(80例)在对照组用药基础上联合应用骨瓜提取物注射液。治疗前后观察疼痛VAS评分、ODI评分、骨密度、骨钙素和骨丢失率。结果患者均获得随访,时间20~39(25.5±2.0)个月。治疗2、6个月后观察组VAS、ODI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12个月后观察组骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05),而骨钙素、骨丢失率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用骨瓜提取物注射液可提高骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者骨密度,能缓解患者疼痛,促进椎体功能恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of bone melon extract injection on bone mineral den-sity in patients of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods The 160 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (80 cases) was treated with techneti-um ["Tc] methylenediphosphonate injection, calcium supplements, etc. , while the observation group (80 cases) was treated with the combination of bone and melon extract on control group. Before and after treatment, the changes of pain improvement VAS, ODI, bone mineral density, osteocalcin and bone loss rate were observed. Results All patients were followed up for 20 ?39(25. 5 ±2 .0 ) months. At 2 ,6 months after the treatment, results of VAS and ODI scores in the observation group were better than the control group(P 〈0. 05) ; bone mineral density of 12 months in the observation group were better than the control group (P 〈0. 05) , osteocalcin and bone loss rate were lower than the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Combined application of bone melon extract injection can improve bone mineral density in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures patients, relieve patient^ pain and promote the recov-ery of vertebral function.
