150 mm SP Ⅱ解剖型骨水泥假体在初次髋关节置换中的应用

150 mm SP Ⅱ anatomical cemented femoral stems prosthesis for primary hip replacement

目的探讨150 mm SPⅡ解剖型骨水泥假体在初次髋关节置换术中的临床效果。方法应用150 mm SPⅡ股骨柄假体治疗23例股骨颈骨折患者,根据手术时间、术中出血量、HSS评分评估临床效果。结果手术时间55~110 min,术中出血量100~600 ml。患者均获得随访,时间6~26个月。髋关节HHS评分:术后6个月为85~95分;末次随访时为85~96分。患者术后无感染、静脉血栓等并发症发生。结论股骨颈骨折采用150 mm SPⅡ解剖型假体进行髋关节置换,近期疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 150 mm SP II anatomical cemented femoral stems prosthe-sis in primary hip replacement. Methods Hip replacement with 150 mm SP II anatomical cemented femoral stems prosthesis were used to treat 23 cases with femoral neck fracture. The data of surgery time,intraoperative blood loss, and HSS scores were collected and analyzed. Results The surgery time was 55 ？110 min. The blood loss during the operation was 100 ？600 ml. All patients were followed up for 6 ？26 months. The HSS scores were 85 ？95 points at 6 months postoperation,and 85 ？96 points at the last follow-up. All patients had no infection, venous thrombosis or other complications. Conclusions 150 mm SP II anatomical cemented femoral stem prosthesis is a good alternative for primary hip replacement with good short term effects.
