摘要
随着突发事件频发,应急管理显得越来越重要,应急仿真演练是训练应急人员综合处置能力的重要手段,而情景则是应急仿真演练的驱动因素。基于知识元理论,对应急仿真演练中的情景要素、要素属性及其关系、各要素之间关系进行了分析,可为应急仿真演练人员构建直观动态的情景,帮助其进行实时科学决策。
Due to frequent incidents,emergency management becomes more and more important. As an important means of improving commanders' compound disposal ability,emergency simulation exercise is driven by scenario. Based on knowledge element theory,this paper analyzes scenario elements,attributes of scenario elements and the relationship among them in emergency simulation exercise. In addition,building intuitive dynamic scenarios for the participants can help them make real-time scientific decisions.
