摘要
针对大椭圆轨道遥感卫星有效载荷安装面在复杂外热流环境下存在较大热变形的问题,文章提出了碳纤维结构铺层优化和柔性连接两个热变形抑制的方案,并分析了两个方案的优缺点。以某大椭圆轨道遥感卫星为例,进行了分析验证,结果表明:采用柔性连接设计方案优于碳纤维结构铺层优化方案,可将因热变形引起的载荷安装面法向变化从672μrad减小至185μrad,更适用于大椭圆轨道卫星不规律多变外热流下有效载荷安装面的热变形抑制。
In order to reduce the large thermal deformation caused by complicated heat flux to the payload mounting plate of HEO remote sensing satellite, two different thermal deformation con-trol projects are bringed up. They are lamination optimum and flexible connection. Taking some HEO remote sensing satellite as an example,the two projects are modeled and analysed. The re-sult indicated that flexible connection could be reduced the thermal deformation of payload mount-ing structure from 672jLtrad to 185jLtrad,which would be better for HEO remote sensing satellite.
