摘要
传统航天领域使用纸质表单对测试状态进行管理,导致测试状态管理数据分散,流程审批复杂,状态管理数据查询困难,管理效率低下。文章针对状态管理中存在的问题,提出面向服务和流程的数字化解决方法,并根据该方法开发了综合测试状态管理系统。该系统将实现的功能视为服务,将审批手续视为流程,充分利用数字化的技术手段,使测试状态管理流程审批及数据归档标准化,并将各类综合测试状态信息转化为结构化的数据,便于计算机系统自动读取、利用、存档、查询、汇总及分析。在载人飞船综合测试中的应用结果表明,测试状态管理的水平与效率有了很大的提高,可为今后实现航天器远程测试提供技术基础。
Papyraceous forms are used for spacecraft integration test state management, but thismethod leads to the state management data jumbled, approval procedures complicated, the statemanagement data enquiry difficult, and the management efficiency is low. A service-and-proce- dure-orienteddigital method is proposed based on the research of the existing problems, and thedigital system for integration test state management is developed with using this method. In thissystem, the function is regarded as service, the approval process is regarded as procedure. Thesystem makes the state management and data archiving standard. And kings of state managementinformation are saved as institution data, which can be read, used, inquired and analyzed easily.The system’s application in a certain manned spaceship proves that the management efficiency isgreatly increased, and the system provides technical basis for remote test in the future.
