摘要
产洛伐他汀紫红色红曲霉的发酵罐补料液体发酵的发酵液经预处理后,用高效液相色谱法测定Lovsdtatin含量。在发酵培养第48 h、60 h、72 h和84 h,分别以100 mL、200 mL、200 mL和100 mL的葡萄糖和蛋白胨补料为最佳发酵工艺。在最佳发酵工艺下,Lovsdtatin产量最高达79.83 mg·L^(-1),发酵时间为119 h。发酵罐补料液体发酵是提高产洛伐他汀红曲霉发酵水平的一种有效方式。
After fermented liquid of Monascus purpureus producing lovastatin was pretreated, the contents of lovsdtatin had been de-termined by HPLC. It was an optimum technique which 100 mL,200 mL,200 mL and 100 mL glucose and peptone additional medi-um were added in 48h,60h,72h and 84h. The production of lovsdtatin was 79. 83 mg · L -1 and the finishing fermentation time was 119h in the optimum technique. It was rather effective type of liquid fermentation in the fermentor of Monascus purpureus, which could increase fermentation level of Monascus purpureu producing lovastatin.
