摘要 建立HPLC法同时测定新疆桑枝中桑皮苷A、绿原酸、东莨菪素、白藜芦醇、桑辛素的方法。采用YMCPack ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%冰乙酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长330nm,270nm,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为270nm,330nm。柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL。五种成分在25min内均达到完全分离,桑皮苷A、绿原酸、东莨菪素、白藜芦醇及桑辛素的平均回收率分别为99.3%、99.5%、100.1%、99.9%、102.1%,其RSD分别为2.7%、0.64%、1.92%、0.78%、1.13%。本方法操作简便、结果快速、准确可靠,具有较好的重复性和稳定性,为桑枝的质量标准提供实验依据。 An HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of mulberrosid A,chlorogenic acid,,scopoletin,resvera- trol and morusin in Ramulus mori. Methods; YMC - Pack -ODS ( 4.6mm×250mm,5μm) was used as a column with acetonitrile-Meth-anol-0. 1% CH 3COOH as the mobile phase by gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 270nm and 330nm. The column temperature was 30℃ ,and the sample size was 20μL. Five components were completely separated within 25min,the average recoveries of mulberrosid A,chlorogenic acid, scopoletin,resveratrol and morusin were 99. 3% ,99. 5% , 100. 1% ,99. 9% ,102. 1% ,with RSD of 2. 7% 、0. 64% 、1. 92% 、0. 78%、1. 13% respectively. The method was simplicity,accuracy and reliability, and good repeatability and stability. It can be provided the reference for the quality control of Ramulus mori.
