摘要
用苦荞、山楂、决明子、枸杞等含有降血脂成分的药材为原料,以口感、色泽为基础,筛选其最佳配比,制备有降血脂作用的饮料,并用HPLC测定其中芦丁的含量。采用Sepax GP-C_(18)柱(4.6×150 mm,5μm),0.3%磷酸-甲醇(55:45)为流动相,检测波长为358 nm,流动相速度0.8 ml·min^(-1),进样量20μL。芦丁的线性范围为0.02443~0.1629 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.9936。清脂饮料中芦丁的平均含量为0.1019 mg·mL^(-1)。
The raw material are buckwheat,hawthorn,cassia seed and wolfberry,which contain hypolipidemic components. Based on the taste and color of four kinds of medicine,the best rate was choose and a beverage with the function of reducing blood fat was made,and the total content in rutin by HPLC. The system consisted of the Sepax GP- C18(4. 6× 150 mm , 5 μm)column. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 3 % H3 PO4 -carbinol (55 :45 ). The detection wavelength was 385 nm. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL· min- 1. The sample volume is 20 μ L. The linear range was 0. 02443 -0. 1629 m g · mL -1,r = 0. 9936. The average content of rutin in clear fat beverage is 0. 1019 mg · mL-1.
