Review of Domestic Medical Workers' Humanistic Quality Appraisal Research

国内医务工作者医学人文素质评价研究对象主要为医学生,以护理专业医学生为对象的研究最多,对医务工作者人文素质评价研究相对薄弱,有待加强,对其他医务工作者人文素质评价的研究尚属空白,有待填补。研究主要通过文献资料法、专家咨询法和调查问卷法等方式展开,评价指标涵盖面较广,但缺乏具有专业针对性的评价指标设定。

The objectives of quality evaluation on domestic medical workers are mainly medical students, with nursing students as the most ones, while the researches involving doctor appraisals are relatively weak and need to be strengthened. Still researches on other medical worker humanistic quality evaluation are blank and need to be fulfilled. The previous researches are mainly conducted through the means of litera-ture review, expert consultation and questionnaires. They show a wide index coverage but lack the profes-sional evaluation indexes.
