传统的实验教学模式很难适应行业企业对高素质药学人才的需求。从传统实验教学模式存在的问题、导师制开放实验教学模式的设计、实施和成效等方面,探讨以导师制为基础、以开放式科研平台为载体的药学专业课程开放实验教学新模式的建立。

It is difficult for traditional experimental teaching to meet the demands of pharmaceutical industry on pharmacy talents. In this paper,a new opening experimental teaching model based on tutorial system is described and explored. The main contents include the drawbacks of traditional experimental teaching,the design and practice of new opening experimental model.
