摘要
采用数值解析法分析了环形孔节流器设计参数对空气静压轴承承载力和刚度的影响.仿真结果表明:气膜承载力随承载面直径、节流孔直径和进气压力的增大而增大;气膜刚度随承载面直径和进气压力的增大而增大,随节流孔直径的增大而减小;气膜刚度随气膜厚度增加时呈现出先增大后减小变化规律,在中间某一气膜厚度出现最大值.数值分析结果将为空气静压轴承节流器数量、排列组合方式、单个节流器设计参数合理选取提供理论参数.
The numerical analytical method was employed in this paper to analyze the influence of ring orifice restrictor design parameters on the bearing capacity and stiffness of aerostatic bearing.According to the simulation analysis,some conclusions were achieved as the following.Firstly,the air film bearing capacity increased with the increasing of the diameter of the load surface,orifice diameter and inlet pressure.Secondly,air film stiffness increased with the increasing of the load surface diameter and inlet pressure,while decreased with the increasing of orifice diameter.Air film stiffness increased firstly and then decreased when air film thickness increased,and the maximum appeared during the process.The results of numerical analysis provided reasonable theoretical design parameters for some working procedures,such as the number and combination ways of the ring orifice restrictor,the ascertaining of restrictor parameters and so on.
