健脾解毒活血方联合靶向刀冷冻消融治疗老年肝癌的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction Combined with Targeted Cryoablation on Hepatic Cancer in Elderly Patients

目的观察健脾解毒活血方联合靶向刀冷冻消融治疗老年肝癌临床疗效及对患者免疫功能、生活质量的影响。方法收集有明确病理诊断的老年肝癌患者60例,其中对照组30例采用靶向刀冷冻消融进行治疗,治疗组30例在靶向刀冷冻治疗的基础上给予健脾解毒活血方联合治疗,连续治疗12周,观察治疗前后患者临床疗效、免疫功能、KPS评分变化及治疗不良反应。结果治疗组及对照组均有良好的临床疗效,治疗组在免疫功能方面优于对照组(<0.01),KPS评分方面优于对照组(<0.05),甲胎蛋白无统计学差异(>0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重并发症。结论健脾解毒活血方联合靶向刀冷冻消融治疗老年肝癌患者临床初步疗效良好,值得进一步实践观察。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with targeted cry-oablation on elderly patients with hepatic cancer and on the immune function and quality of life. Methods 60 elderly patients with hepatic cancer finally confirmed were selected and divided into 2 groups： control group and treatment group, 30 in each; targeted cryoablation was performed on patients in both groups while Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction was added to patients in treatment group, the courses for both groups lasted for 12 weeks; observation was made to the immune function, KPS scores of the patients in 2 groups before and after treatment, the clinical effect and side effect after treatment. Results The treatments in the 2 groups were of good effect; the immune function and KPS scores of the patients in treatment group were superior to those of the patients in control group （P〈0.01） （P 〈 0.05）, and no obvious difference in alpha fetoprotein was found between the patients of the 2 groups; no serious complications occurred in both groups. Conclusions Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with targeted cryoablation is of good clinical effect on hepatic cancer in elderly patients, it can improve the immune function and raise the quality of life.
