曲美布汀对胶囊内镜检查效果影响的研究

目的研究胶囊内镜检查前期应用曲美布汀对胶囊内镜检查的影响。方法回顾性分析我院因怀疑小肠疾病而接受胶囊内镜检查患者,选择检查前期服用曲美布汀患者41例(曲美布汀组),及检查前一周内未服用胃肠动力药患者36例(对照组),观察胶囊内镜在消化道运转时间及肠道准备情况。结果曲美布汀组小肠消化液清洁度在上、中1/3小肠评分及清洁度总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组气泡量、消化液量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组在食管、胃、小肠运转时间和口盲传输时间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用曲美布汀治疗的患者,可对胶囊内镜检查等肠道准备和检查效果产生影响,如非必要,建议检查前停用。

Objective To investigate the effects of trimebutineup taken in advance on capsule endoscopy. Methods The paitents who underwent capsule endoscopy in our hospital were included in the study ,41 cases who were prescribed trimebutine while 36 cases not any GI motility medicine before examination. The time of GI operation, completion rate and small bowel preparation were ob-served. Results There were statistically significant difference in the small intestinal digestion liquid cleanliness scores of upper 1/3, middle 1/3 and total small intestine between trimebutine group and control group（P 〈0. 05） ,while no statistically significant difference in the small intestinal bubbles, fluid volume, and GI operation time. Completion rate of blank group seems higher than trimebutine group,but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Prescription of trimebutine before capsule endoscopy might affect the bowel preparatoin and the check results. It is suggested not to use trimebutine before the examination unless it is necessary.
