摘要
为了解决库格铁路对所经过地区电网产生的电能质量问题,消除谐波和负序电流对电网造成的危害,根据格库铁路新疆段电气化铁路牵引站供电方案,建立了新疆电网及格库铁路供电系统模型,分析了相关站点短路容量和电压波动水平,并通过电能质量评估方法评估了各站点的谐波和负序电流。分析结果表明,基于PSASP建立的新疆电网仿真模型能够正确评估相关站点短路容量和电压波动结果。格库铁路相关牵引站部分站点谐波和负序电流超标,可以通过采取消谐等治理措施,避免后期格库铁路的运行风险。
In order to solve the problem of power quality caused by grid in the region where the Golmud - Korla rail-way has passed and to eliminate the harm caused by the harmonics and the negative sequence currents to the grid,Xinjiang power grid and Golmud - Korla railway power supply system models are built, the short circuit capacity and voltage fluctuation level of the relevant stations are analyzed and the harmonics and negative sequence currents of each station are evaluated by the power quality evaluation method, according to the power supply scheme of elec-trified railway traction station in the Xinjiang section of Golmud - Korla railway. The analysis results show that theXinjiang power grid simulation model built on PSASP can correctly evaluate the short circuit capacity and voltagefluctuation results of the relevant stations. When harmonics and negative sequence current in parts of Golmud - Korla railway - related traction stations exceeded, elimination of harmonic control and other measures can be used to avoid the risk in later railway operation.
