摘要
二苄基二硫醚(DBDS)是绝缘油中主要的铜腐蚀性硫化物,严重威胁着油浸式高压电气设备的安全运行,必须对其含量进行监测。根据反向高效液相色谱法测定绝缘油中DBDS含量的色谱条件,提出了油样品前处理方法和样品溶液检测方法,对方法的检出限和重复性进行了确定。利用油样品前处理方法和样品溶液检测方法对105台500k V运行变压器和电抗器中绝缘油进行了检测,发现其中具有很强硫腐蚀性的12台设备绝缘油中均含有DBDS,含量在35~45mg/kg范围内。研究结果表明,反向高效液相色谱法适用于绝缘油中DBDS含量检测,样品回收率高,检测结果准确,重复性好。
Dibenzyl disulfide (DBDS) is the main copper corrosive sulfide in insulating oil, which seriously threat-ens the safe operation of oil - immersed high - voltage electrical devices. Therefore, its content must be monitored. According to the reverse - phase high performance liquid chromatography ( RP - HPLC ) , chromatographic condi-tion for the DBDS content is detected in insulating oil, then the pretreatment method of oil sample and the detection method of sample solution are put forward and the detection limit and repeatability of the method are determined. The pretreatment method of oil sample and the detection method of sample solution are used to detect the insulating oil in 105 sets of500kV operation transformers and reactors. The research results show that insulating oils in 12 sets of devices all contain DBDS whose content is in the range of 35 -45 mg/kg. The research results show that RP - HPLC is suitable for the detection of DBDS in insulating oil. In this way, the recovery rate is high, the test result is accurate and the reproducibility is good.
