摘要
介绍了一种基于片区路网容量和基于周边停车需求相结合的泊位规模确定方法,以两者中的计算低值作为新建停车楼的泊位规模控制指标,并以佛山市东方广场商圈核心区为例,验证了本方法的可操作性,其预测结果可作为制定地块规划条件的技术依据。
The paper introduces the identification methods for the berth scale based on the road network volume and parking demands of surrounding areas,regards the lower value of the two as the controlling indexes for the berth scale of the newly-built parking building,and proves the operability of the method by taking the core area of Oriental Plaza Business Circle in Guangdong Foshan as the example,and indicates the prediction result can be regarded as the technical reference for the block planning conditions.
