生态社区规划设计研究

Research on planning and design of ecological community

以介休市某住宅区工程为例,综合介休当地元素,基于设计目标及规划理念,同时合理确定功能布局与开发规模,关注住户的生活品质,着重营造合适的空间尺度,在各个细微之处体现以人为本的设计理念,从而营造出一个自然、生态、人文的居住社区。

Taking a residential community engineering in Jiexiu as an example,this paper summarized the local elements of Jiexiu,based on the design object and planning concept,and reasonably determined the function layout and development scale,focus on the life quality of residents,emphatically created suitable spatial scales,embody the human oriented design idea in various nuances,so as to create a natural,ecological,humanistic,residential community.
