既有建筑防水抗渗新型施工技术探析

Analysis on new construction technology of waterproof and anti-leakage for existing building

以某带有转换层的高层建筑结构为例,为解决该转换层位置存在的防水渗漏等问题,提出对转换层内积水区采用不影响建筑结构正常使用的引流形式进行防排水处理,对建筑物外墙采用高压灌浆方法和喷涂防水材料形成闭合防水形式的新型防水抗渗施工技术,为同类建筑的防水处理提供参考。

As a structure of high-rise building with transfer floor for example,in order to solve the problem of waterproof leakage,put forward the measures of draining for waterproof and drainage were taken to solve the water in water-logged zone,the new technology of high pressure grouting and spraying waterproof material to form closing waterproof were adopted for the outside wall of building. The research will provide references to the similar projects and buildings.
