摘要
结合工程实例,分析了重载条件下PG4钢轨擦伤断轨的特点及形成原因,并从建立有效防控联络机制,建立探伤监控制度、探伤数据对比分析等方面,阐述了钢轨擦伤的监控及处理措施,从而杜绝断轨隐患发生,保证行车安全。
Combining with the engineering cases,the paper analyzes the features of broken rails of PG4 rail burn under the heavy loading and its reasons,and illustrates the monitoring over the rail burn and treatment from the establishment of the effective prevention and control liaison mechanism,construction of burn monitoring regulation,and comparative analysis of the burn data,so as to avoid the hidden hazards of broken rails and ensure the safety of the traffic.
